Machinist 1st shift 6am-2pm-Operate Machine Shop equipment found in the plant to make replacement or new parts for equipment used in plant. Repair production equipment and do difficult machinist's assembly work. Must be able to operate lathe, shaper, milling machine, drill press, etc. Be able to make and or repair parts and components for dies, jigs, fixtures and production machine parts. Be able to use measuring tools, operate lift truck and scissor lift as necessary.This position requires a rounded training in machine shop practice usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience. Wage DOE $14.00-$15.00. Company in Berrien County and offers good benefits and advancement.
