Provide telephone support and reception duties for sales engineers.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not lmited to: data entry, photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
Maintain electronic filing system.
Coordinate and maintain important company data base records.
Support staff in assigned project based work.
Other oiffice duties as assigned.
Knowledge and skill requirements:
HS diploma or GED. 1 year comparable business experience.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Must be dependable and trust worthy self-starter with the ability to multitaks, adjust to changing
assignments and be able to problem solve with minimal directive input.
Valid driver's license and dependable automobile
Wage DOE $10.00/hr. And up.
