1st shift Industrial Electrician/Journeyman Machine Repairer

Will work 7am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday. 

This is a temp to hire position starting out at $18/hr. - $22/hr. depending on experience. 

 

Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical/electronic aspects of manufacturing equipment and facilities
  • Machine rebuilding, repair and troubleshooting
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Welding, moving equipment
  • Machining parts

 

Qualifications:
  • Must possess a Journeyman Millwright card and/or Electrician’s card (dual trade is a plus)
  • Must have experience general machine repair with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Able to read electrical blueprints/schematics 
  • Familiarity with national electrical codes
  • PLC background desired but not required
  • Having a basic understanding and knowledge of layout and wire control panels is a plus
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must have own tools
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
