2nd Shift Guillotine/Finishing OperatorLocation: Benton Harbor, MISchedule: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm - 2:30 amHourly Rate: $15.00 per hour Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual as a 2nd Shift Guillotine/Finishing Operator. This role involves operating guillotine cutting equipment and performing finishing tasks to ensure products meet quality standards. If you have experience in finishing operations and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:
  • Guillotine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain guillotine cutting machines to trim printed materials accurately.
  • Finishing Tasks: Perform various finishing tasks, including cutting, trimming, folding, and packaging of printed materials.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products for accuracy, alignment, and quality, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
 Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in guillotine operation or similar finishing work is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to read and interpret job specifications and instructions.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
