Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.This position will manage the front desk of a busy staffing firm and will be responsible for candidate on-boarding, candidate scheduling, answering phones, managing hiring paperwork, data entry, and assisting staffing coordinators with the recruitment process. Responsibilities will include assisting with on-boarding, answering and directing phone calls, using recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates skills, contacting potential applicants and scheduling on-boarding sessions, helping the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions, organizing and scheduling appointments, and assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline, familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems, proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular), excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, strong attention to detail and problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Wages starting out at $11.00/.Hr - $13.00/hr depending on experience.

Associates degree in marketing or communications preferred. High School Diploma Required.

Temp-to-Hire position.
