Job Description

1st Shift MachinistHours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday – Friday, with additional overtime as needed.  
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
  • Reading and following blueprints.
  • Setup, programming, and machining components per supplied blueprints.  Accuracy and First Time Yield are essential
  • Conversational programming methods.  G-Code programming a plus.
  • Proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators and calipers.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Mechanical aptitude a must.
  • Excellent attendance
  • Positive Attitude
  • A Technical Certification or 1 to 3 years practical experience in setup, programming, and operating CNC Mills using conversational programming methods.
