This is a direct Hire position starting out at $60,000 - $80,000 per year. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a construction team on-site
- Ensure project specifications are met with precision
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders
- Utilize construction experience to maintain high standards of work quality
- 5 years or more of experience in construction
- Proven leadership skills and experience leading a construction crew
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site with the construction team
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record required
