Job Description

1st Shift Customer Service Representative Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with one hour for lunch or            Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm with half hour lunch Job Summary:  To assist and facilitate the flow of orders between sales, customers, planning and manufacturing.   Job Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner based on client requirements
  • Coordinate and follow up with all installations and invoicing 
  • Process customer complaints and ensure all issues are documented, understood and resolved in a timely and complete manner
  • Communicate throughout all workflow to ensure deliverables are on track and both sales and customer expectations are managed
  • Communicates schedule opportunities and works closely with key stakeholders to ensure timeliness and quality of every job
  • Maintain visibility of expedites utilizing the daily ship report and open order report
  • Ensure correct ship to method prior to ship time.
  • Process request credit memos and return material authorizations and investigate cause
  • Process non-conforming product report and create replacement job orders
 Job Requirements: 
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • High School diploma required
  • 6 to 12 months customer service experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Detail orientated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Strong math skills
