- Handle customer inquires via telephone, email, website etc.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate fashion
- Maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services and promotions
- Process orders and estimates and support the sales force
- Basic general office duties
- Help in other departments as needed as well as Social Media
- Excellent language, phone, computer and customer service skills
