Job Description

Customer Service Representative/Marketing 1st shift-8:30am-5pm M-F with 30 min. unpaid lunch
Job Duties:
  • Handle customer inquires via telephone, email, website etc.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services and promotions
  • Process orders and estimates and support the sales force
  • Basic general office duties
  • Help in other departments as needed as well as Social Media
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent language, phone, computer and customer service skills
  • Office work experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Microsoft Office
  • Must have excellent work history and attendance
Wage DOE-$17.00-$20.00/hr.
This position is for a company in Southwestern Michigan and is Temp-Hire.
