1st Shift Panel Builder/Electrical AssemblySchedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pmHourly Rate: $16.50 per hour, with potential $60 weekly attendance bonus Summary:We're hiring a Panel Builder for the 1st shift to assemble and wire control panels. If you have a knack for electrical systems, attention to detail, and enjoy hands-on work, this position is for you. Essential functions of the job:
  • Custom control panel layout and design
  • Perform essential wiring of motor control panel units
  • Test control panels and assemblies
  • Read, understand and apply manufacturers supplied documentation
  • Be familiar with and apply all national electrical codes, NFPA guidelines
  • Be familiar with and apply all OSHA requirements
  • Assemble panels from design to finish
  • Able to gauge wire
  • Basic soldering skills
  • AC/DC power distribution
  • Experienced with remote IO operation
  • Use basic hand tools to achieve tasks
 Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components (PLC’s variable frequency drivers, etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
  • Experience with wire-to-wire processing (point-to-point)
  • Detail-oriented with precision in panel assembly.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
