If you are an experienced and motivated machinist looking for an exciting opportunity with a growing company, we want to hear from you! Will work 7am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday. This is a temp to hire position starting out at$18/hr - $22/hr depending on experience. Responsibilities:
- Performing parts machining
- Operating Vertical Mills, Surface & OD Grinders, Boring Mills, Engine Lathes, Saws and Drill Presses
- Performing machine preventative maintenance
- Confirming that produced parts meet quality standards
- Must have minimum of 1-3 years of machinist experience
- Must be mechanically inclined with knowledge of electrical wiring, hydraulics and pneumatics being preferred
- Able to read blueprints/schematics and measuring tools including micrometers (depth, inside/outside)
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be computer literate and possess basic math skills
- Must have own tools
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
