1st Shift Invoicing ClerkLocation: Benton Harbor, MISchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pmHourly Rate: $16.00 per hour Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual as a 1st Shift Invoicing Clerk. This role involves processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely billing for customers. If you have a background in accounting or billing and strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing: Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Data Entry: Enter billing information into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, providing information and resolving discrepancies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for invoicing and payments.
  • Reconciliation: Assist with reconciling accounts to ensure all payments and invoices are accounted for.
  • Reporting: Generate billing and invoicing reports as needed by management.
 Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in invoicing, billing, or an accounting-related role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
