Job Description
1st Shift Warehouse Associate
Location: Sawyer, MI
Hours: Warehouse hours are 7:00AM to 5:00PM Mon-Fri. Warehouse employees are expected to be available to work a 40 hour week during these hours. Shifts may vary depending on business needs. Mandatory seasonal overtime will be required. 45 minute lunch break.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving in items, unpacking, and checking PO
- Check in UPS deliveries & loading the UPS trailer
- Process returns to vendor
- Accurately Picking Orders for Customers
- Matching special order parts to designated orders
- Putting parts away & Organizing parts on shelves
- Putting together boxes for picking
- Using a handheld scanner to track parts picked
- Backing up the shipping department as needed
- Boxing/Packaging and label items/orders for shipping
- Operating hand trucks and stretch wrap banders.
- Performing all computer functions necessary for the fulfillment and shipping process
- Maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and following prescribed safety regulations.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous warehouse shipping experience preferred
- Warehouse receiving, fulfillment, and shipping process
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Accellos, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and NAV ERP system
- Basic knowledge of Math
- Reliable and punctual
- Highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain grace under pressure and contribute to a positive work environment
- Use, carry, set up and climb ladders
- Operate forklift, picker, hand truck, and RF scanner to move stock
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and stand for extended periods of time
- Employees will be responsible for reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, scanning, placing materials, as well as physical bending, twisting, kneeling, etc. in a safe and efficient manner.
